Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers about using Payffer, earning safely, withdrawals, referrals and advertising.
How fast are payouts processed?
Eligible withdrawals are processed instantly. Security review is reserved for requests that trigger account or payout safeguards; once cleared, the payout can continue normally.
Does Payffer charge withdrawal fees?
No. Payffer currently charges zero platform withdrawal fees on enabled payout methods. If a third-party provider or blockchain applies a charge outside Payffer, that external charge is controlled by that provider or network.
What activity is allowed on Payffer?
Use one personal account, complete earning activities yourself, follow the instructions shown for Faucet, PTC, Shortlinks, Offerwalls, Tasks, Challenges and games, and use payout information that you legitimately control. Genuine referrals and normal use from supported browsers and devices are welcome.
Can more than one Payffer account use the same device or home network?
No. Under Payffer's current account-integrity rules, multiple accounts from the same device or home network/IP are not permitted. If you have an unusual household or access situation, contact support before creating or using another account from that environment.
What is not allowed on Payffer?
Multiple accounts controlled by the same person, bots, scripts, auto-clickers, automated browsing, timer or CAPTCHA bypasses, manipulated activity, fake offer completions, duplicate reward claims, referral abuse and attempts to defeat Payffer security controls are prohibited.
Are VPNs, proxies, or network-masking tools allowed?
No. VPNs, proxies and similar tools used to hide or manipulate the real connection are not permitted. They can prevent Payffer and its advertising partners from validating legitimate activity.
Can I use an ad blocker or an extension that changes Payffer pages?
Extensions or scripts that hide required advertising, alter verification elements, interfere with timers, or bypass Payffer ad and anti-bot controls are not allowed. Browser tools that do not interfere with required site functionality are not treated as a bypass.
What are the rules for PTC ads and YouTube campaigns?
Keep the required view active, allow the server-side viewing checks to finish, and complete the verification step yourself. Refresh tricks, background automation, timer manipulation, simulated playback, or repeated attempts to claim the same view are not accepted.
What are the rules for Offerwalls, surveys, and Tasks?
Submit genuine information, follow the provider or task instructions, and claim only work you actually completed. Fabricated submissions, manipulated conversions, repeated claims for the same completion, or activity that violates a provider's rules can be rejected or reversed.
What referral activity is allowed?
Invite real people who choose to join Payffer and use their own accounts. Self-referrals, referral loops, accounts created only to manufacture commissions, or any attempt to disguise account ownership are not allowed.
What payout information should I use?
Use a Payout Account or wallet that you control. FaucetPay, Cwallet, Binance Pay and Direct Crypto destinations are saved in your wallet settings and selected during withdrawal. Using another member's payout identity to bypass account rules is prohibited.
Why can a withdrawal enter security review?
Most eligible withdrawals follow the normal instant payout flow. A withdrawal can be held when account or payout safeguards require an additional check. Payffer does not publish the internal fraud-detection rules used to protect members and platform funds.
What advertiser campaigns are accepted?
Legitimate campaigns that accurately represent their destination, comply with Payffer rules and are suitable for the selected advertising format may be approved. Campaigns can also be reviewed before they are made available to members.
What advertiser content can be rejected?
Malware, phishing, credential theft, deceptive redirects, forced or hidden downloads, attempts to bypass Payffer verification, unlawful content, or campaigns that materially misrepresent their destination can be rejected or disabled.
Why can I be blocked after signing in from another country?
Payffer keeps the member country consistent for account protection. A verified country change may pause sign-in. Contact support; an administrator can review the old and newly detected country and use Allow login. Once approved, the newly detected country becomes the account's current country automatically.
What should I do before travelling?
If Country Consistency Protection blocks you after travelling, contact support. The administrator reviews the detected country and can use Allow login; that country then becomes the account's current country. If you later return to your previous country and it is blocked, the same approval process updates the country again. VPN, proxy, device and other security checks remain active.
Why does Traffic Integrity affect a withdrawal?
Repeated unresolved browser, advertising or traffic-integrity evidence can place a withdrawal on security hold. The hold protects the account and payout process while an administrator reviews the evidence. Clearing a hold is an administrative review action and does not automatically erase the underlying audit history.
I requested a password reset but did not receive the email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder, confirm that you entered the email used for your Payffer account, and wait a few minutes before requesting another link. For privacy, the reset page does not reveal whether an email address is registered. Reset links expire after 30 minutes.
Where can I read the complete account rules?
This FAQ is a practical summary of common rules. The full requirements are available in the Terms of Use, and activity may also be subject to the rules of the advertising or payout provider involved.
